The Charlee

The Charlee is a new mixed-use development in Charleston, South Carolina. The project features 8 luxury vacation rentals and a 2,300sf restaurant. The restaurant will include sidewalk dining and can seat up to 100 guests. Located within the Elliotborough Neighborhood the Charlee is perfectly located within a short walk to the area’s top restaurant and Charleston’s famous King Street. The architecture was designed by local architect Stephen Ramos and the interior design by Jenny Keenan Design. The Charlee is slated to open in March 2025.
